This Calendar shows the current* availability of Heritage Museum’s field trip programs. All programs are shown for the days on which we offer them. A “(V)” after Rancho Days Alive! indicates that the optional Vaquero/lariat-throwing can be added for that date.
The following codes are added to the program names to show their status:
- (no code) – program is fully available
- SO – program is Sold Out
- PB-[number] – program is Partially Booked. The number indicates the maximum number of spaces AVAILABLE for students AND chaperones, all inclusive. Your group must be able to arrive at a time that coordinates with the prior booking. Exception: Rancho Days Alive! requires a minimum of 80 students. The number listed is the minimum needed for the tour to be held. We encourage you to help other groups by sharing dates.
- CALL – has restricted time and/or capacity restraints due to other bookings. Please call for availability. Great Grandpa’s House is tricky to schedule, so please call to check availability.
Although they are not tracked on this calendar, 2-Hour programs (Kellogg House, Gold Rush, and First Californians) can be scheduled in the early afternoon on most weekdays (typically beginning around noon). We especially encourage Home School groups to book afternoon programs.
*We try to keep this calendar up to date, but during busy periods we can be somewhat overwhelmed with bookings. We cannot guarantee that the info here is always accurate.
