Wedding Rental Fees

Basic Rental Fees, which include

  • site rental for up to 250 guests
  • use of grounds for photography
  • staffing charge
  • tax-deductible donation to the Museum’s programs
  • 90-minute rehearsal

Prices Effective October 1, 2013

Peak Rates: April 1 – October 31

Saturday Other Days
Ceremony Only (2 hours, weekend daytime only) $950 $950
Ceremony and Reception (6 hours) $4,000 $3,200
Reception Only (5 hours) $3,700 $2,900

Off-Peak Rates: November 1 – March 31

Saturday Other Days
Ceremony Only (2 hours, weekend daytime only) $850 $850
Ceremony and Reception (6 hours) $2,900 $2,500
Reception Only (5 hours) $2,500 $1,900

Deposits:

  • Non-refundable Booking Deposit (required to secure your date): $1500 (peak or off-peak) for Ceremony and Reception or Reception Only; $500 (peak or off-peak) for Ceremony Only. This amount constitutes a tax-deductible donation to the Museum’s programs. It is applied to the Basic Rental Fees.
  • Security Deposit: $1500 (peak) / $1000 (off-peak) for Ceremony and Reception or Reception Only; $1000 (peak) / $500 (off-peak) for Ceremony Only. Refundable if property is left clean and undamaged.
  • Liability Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance and General Policy Endorsement with evidence of $1 million limits must be filed with the rental manager 90 days prior to the event.

Additional Fees:

  • $150 for additional 1-hour photo session
  • $500 per hour for additional reception time (not to exceed standard closing time for venue)
  • Additional fees apply for events with over 300 guests.

Other Information:

  • Catering, including alcohol, will be provided by Country Garden Caterers only; party rentals will be provided by Signature Party Rentals only. See our Preferred Vendors page for more information.
  • For corporate events, including non-profit hosted events,  catering will be provided by Country Garden Caterers only; party rentals will be provided by Signature Party Rentals only. Additional vendor requirements may apply.
  • Venue closes at midnight on Friday and Saturday, 10:00 p.m. on other nights.
  • Venue allows music or DJ until closing time.
  • Large groups (over 250 people) require security guards at renters’ expense.
  • For non-wedding events, please call for pricing and requirements.
